Greener homes retrofit project

Let's start at the very beginning. Our customers, who all have different types of homes with different energy ratings, had their homes assessed by retrofitting specialists to see:

• how much money they could save over the longer terms.
• how much work was needed.
• how much the changes would cost.
• how long it would take to make the changes.

Some of our customers were apprehensive, some were excited and some didn't know what to expect. But don't take our word for it. You can watch the videos above to hear directly from our customers. We'll add more videos to this page as the improvements to our customers' homes continues.

Following the assessment of each property, it's time to agree what improvements will be made and when:

• customers are presented with the improvements that could make their home more energy effficent.
• it's a chance for customers to ask questions about what the work entials and how it could benefit them
• customers choose which of the recommended improvements they want to go ahead with.
• work is arranged with trades people who start to work through the improvements

For some customers, there are fewer improvemernts being made ot their property so they'll really start to see progress. For others, who are getting more done, it's great to make a start even if the end is a little further away.
