Please note: Users of devices that use apps (mobile phone, iPad, tablet, Chromebook) will be prompted to download the Zoom app. All other users will access their Video banking appointment via a link. 

Yes. Once you’ve booked an appointment, you’ll receive an email to guide you through how to join your Video Banking appointment.

This confirmation email will provide a link to download our Video Banking app (Zoom) if you don’t already have it.

At the time of your appointment both you and your joint account holder simply open the app or follow the link in your confirmation email to join your appointment.

We know that many customers have probably been using Zoom a lot, and it’s another Zoom call, but they’re a trusted tech partner that helps us deliver a safe and secure Video Banking experience.

If your device uses apps, you need to download the app so that we can talk to you through Zoom. 

If you want an instant appointment, they’re available 24/7 – you can start right away as long as there's someone available to start chatting. Or you can book an appointment 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday or 9am-7pm on Sundays.

If you already bank with us you can use your online banking details or answer some security questions. For new customers we’ll need to verify your ID in a branch or by post.

We set aside 60 minutes for each chat but you don’t need to use all of that time if you don’t need to.
