Updates show what stage your application is at and what happens next. If something isn’t clear, check your emails and texts from us — we may have explained what you need to do. If you still need help, please contact-us.

If you can’t see an update yet, your application may have been submitted in the last 48 hours. It can take a little time for your details to appear. If you’re worried something isn’t right, please contact-us and we’ll check it with you.

If you’ve just submitted your application, the tracker may not be ready yet. It can take 48 hours for your details to load. Please try again later.
If you’re still having trouble, check the following:

1. Your mortgage reference number
   Make sure you’re using the correct number. You can find it in your confirmation email and in your mortgage offer documents.

2. Login attempts
   If you try to log in five times without success, your account will be locked for 12 hours for security. You can try again after that time, or contact-us and we’ll help you get back in.

3. Your browser
   Older browsers may not work with the tracker. Please use an up‑to‑date browser such as Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

4. System updates
   There may be times when we’re carrying out system updates and the tracker may be unavailable. If you’re still having access issues after 12 hours, please contact-us.

You can only use the tracker once you’ve received your mortgage reference number. We’ll send this by email or SMS.
