How to chat with Cora

Where to find Cora

Mobile app

Go to the home screen of your mobile banking app. Tap ‘Help’ at the bottom of the screen, then 'Message us' to start a chat. Criteria apply.

Online Banking

Log into Online Banking. From your home screen, click ‘Chat Now’ to start a chat. Criteria apply.

You can find Cora on the bottom right of your screen waiting to help on some of our web pages (including this one).

Tap to Call

Tap to Call is a new feature in our app via Message us. You can now simply tap a button to call some of our teams, saving you time dialling a phone number. Tap to Call isn't available for all teams and instead you'll be given a number to call.

Account holders

Adding or Removing a Party from an account

No need to go into a branch, Cora can now show you how to amend an account.
