How do I update my email address?

To update your email address:

  1. In Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window), select 'Your details' and then 'Update email address'.
  2. Type in your new email address into the 'new email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box.
  3. Please ensure you confirm your marketing preferences by either ticking or unticking the box.
  4. Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your card reader or using Biometric approval in the Mobile App.
    • If you only have a mortgage or loan with us, you won't need a card reader to update your email address in Online Banking
