Our Digital Lessons help you get started and build confidence with the NatWest app or Online Banking at home.
App available to personal and business banking customers aged 11+ using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Who are they for?
They're available to all NatWest customers and are a great way to get you started and build confidence in using the NatWest app or Online Banking by showing you how to use some of the most popular features to help you bank from home.
How do I sign up?
To sign up for a lesson choose a date and time that suits you, email us using this template here.
We use Zoom for safe and secure video calls. If you're joining on your phone or tablet you'll need to download the Zoom app.
We'll send you an email with a link to the lesson and a text reminder, an hour before it starts.
What do I need for Digital Lessons?
- The Zoom app installed if you're using a mobile device
- An internet connection
- Access to an internet browser if joining from your laptop or PC

Our Digital Lessons are tailored to the attendees.
All lessons will cover payments, transfers, Direct Debit cancellations and Standing Order changes, and basic navigation of Online Banking and the NatWest app.
The host will also demonstrate any features you request or help with any other questions.
No, only the presenter will be visible. All attendees' videos will be turned off during the Digital Lessons.
Yes, the lessons are interactive and the presenter will stop frequently for any questions.
If you prefer not to speak out loud, you can use the private chat on Zoom to type your questions to the presenter.
Yes, you'll receive a reminder email with a link to the Zoom lesson, and an hour before the lesson we'll send you a text reminder of the session.
