Why have I received a paper statement when I have chosen paperless on Credit Card Online Services?

From 25th July 2019, Credit Card Online Services will be closed.

For customers who are not yet registered for Online Banking, we have sent a paper statement to ensure you are able to view your account details.

To return to paperless, please register for Online Banking via www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window) and opt back in to paperless statements within the registration journey itself.
