What are Special Presentation cheques?

Special Presentation is the name of the process for finding out the decision on a presented cheque.

This will not affect the clearing of the cheque or how quickly the funds are made available. Special presentation allows you to know with certainty whether a cheque will clear or not.

This service will only be available for paper cleared cheques and we will provide further guidance on this as we receive it.
