I've forgotten my debit card PIN - what can I do?

Mobile app

 

1. Log in to the app, select your account and then 'Manage Cards'.
2. Click on 'See PIN'.
3. Complete authentication and your PIN will be shown on the screen.

 

Online Banking

 

1. Log in to Online Banking at onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
3. Select an account from the picker
4. Select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu
5. Add the last 4 digits of your NatWest debit card, sort code, account number and your date of birth to the online form
6. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 10 working days via post
