Why do I have suggestions and alerts in my app?

These alerts are important messages displayed at the top of your app’s home screen. They are designed to provide you with important updates on your accounts.

These alerts help keep your account safe and make sure you don’t miss important information.
 

Suggestions

The suggestions you see on your home screen are designed to help you discover products and services we think you might like as well as changes and updates on your account.
 

Can I turn these off?

These messages cannot be removed entirely. This is because some alerts are related to your account security and safety.

However, you can dismiss individual messages by clicking the dismiss button which will stop them appearing for a period of time. You can choose what you would like to hear from us and how by updating your marketing preferences.
