How do I obtain a replacement Online Banking card?

You can order a replacement Online Banking card by contacting Cora, your digital assistant. Please have your Online Banking customer number to hand when you get in touch.

When your order a new Online Banking card, you'll also get a new PIN to use with the card. Both should arrive within 10 to 15 working days, but please allow up to 15 working days.
