Which PIN do I enter into the card-reader?

You need to enter the 4 digit PIN for the card that you have inserted into the card-reader.

Using a debit card

Use the same PIN that you would use for that card at a cash machine or retailer.

Using an Online Banking card?

The Online Banking card is designed only for use with the card-reader. You will have been advised of the PIN in a separate letter when you received your Online Banking card.
