Your Premier Manager is your first point of contact. They will guide you through the complexities of managing your finances and help you reach your goals. They will meet with you to gain a thorough understanding of your financial requirements from your everyday banking needs to your longer term objectives.

Your Premier Manager will proactively get in contact whenever there are changes to your existing products or when we introduce new features which could benefit you. If you require expert advice your Premier Manager will introduce you to our team of specialists should you need investment or mortgage advice.

Customers have direct access, via mobile and email, to their Premier Manager and can arrange financial reviews and meetings as often as they need.

Our Premier Managers have been with us for 19 years on average and have completed a comprehensive training and development programme, accredited by the Chartered Banker Institute.
