How can I change my details as a credit card customer only?

If you only hold a credit card with us and would like to change or update your personal details, the easiest way is from within Online Banking:

  1. Register or log in to Online Banking
  2. Select 'Your Details' from the main menu
  3. Choose from one of the on-screen options

Please note that if you wish to update your address details, you will have the option to chat with one of our agents via our "Chat to Cora" feature. You can also give us a call on 0370 333 9091, or visit a branch. If visiting a branch, please remember to take some form of photographic identification with you, such as your passport or driving licence.

If you use our Mobile Banking App, you can also use the app to chat to one of our agents and change your address. When logged-in, simply select 'Help' and then 'Contact us', or alternatively, our "Chat to Cora" feature.
