Register for Online Banking and the mobile app as a NatWest customer

Now that your credit card has moved to NatWest, you can register for Online Banking and our mobile app through our standard process for new customers.

If you've already registered or were already a NatWest customer, you should be able to view your transferred credit card on your account page. You can also re-register if you've forgotten your customer number or PIN & password.

 

What you'll need to get started

Before you register, you'll need to have a few things to hand:

  • Your name, date of birth and postcode
  • Your card number, or account and sort code.

 

If you also have your mobile phone handy, that should make things even quicker as we'll send you a new activation code to register. If we don't have your mobile number, we'll need to send you this new code by post.

Download the NatWest app

  1. On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
  2. A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to download the app.
