- Your monthly repayment amount.
- Your monthly payment date.
- The term of your loan.
- The total amount you have left to pay (as long as you don’t have any outstanding payments when your account(s) transfer on to our systems and you pay on time after that).
- Any Direct Debits you have set up will transfer automatically to our systems.
What's new?
- NatWest is your point of contact from 3rd November onwards.
- You’ll be able to manage your account via our mobile app, Online Banking, telephony or in branch.
- We use biometric approval to confirm it’s you using your mobile app, which makes managing your account even safer.
