Do I have to repay my mortgage by a certain age?

Customers often want to pay their mortgage off by their retirement age. We may consider allowing you to have a mortgage term up until you reach age 75 for Capital and Interest or age 70 for Interest Only, and must be repaid before your retirement.

If you have an existing mortgage with us you will need to repay in line with your current term that you agreed to. If you wish to change this please contact our Mortgage Team via online chat on our Manage my Mortgage page, who will be happy to help you.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
