How do I pay my credit card using Online Banking?

You can pay your credit card from your Natwest current account using Online banking by following these steps:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu.
3. From the ‘Select an account’ menu, select the account you want to pay 'From'.
4. From the ‘Select who to pay menu’ select ‘Pay your Natwest credit card’ and select the Natwest credit card you want to pay. 
5. Enter the amount and date of the payment and select 'Next'.
6. Select  ‘Send now’ to complete your payment.

• The payment will arrive in the requested account within 2 hours however  it may take longer to appear on your credit card account.
• Please also note that if you miss a payment, we will send you a reminder on the day your payment is due.
