You can pay your credit card by using another banks online/mobile service or use another bank telephone banking service by following these steps.
Telephone, Online or mobile banking:
- Select pay a business through mobile/online banking.
- Use sort code : 62- 19- 70.
- Use Account number : 00000000 (8 zeros).
- Enter your 16-digit credit card number as your payment reference (mandatory).
- Use Natwest as the Payee (this may vary from bank to bank)*.
*If asked for payee, select any Natwest Payee option from the list provided or enter Natwest. The payment will reach your credit card account within 2 hours as long as you correctly enter the above sort code, account number and your 16 digit credit card number as the payment reference.
