Why is my bank not showing as available for Pay My Card?

This service is provided via Open banking and is available to most major UK banks. However, some are not yet signed up (As an example - HSBC and First Direct have not yet signed up for this service as at 1st November 2025).

The list of banks signing up for this service continues to grow. If your bank is not yet listed you can continue to make a payment from your account provider via mobile, online or telephone banking services.
