How does the bank use WhatsApp?
Currently, we're using WhatsApp for text conversation only in four ways.
- Supporting customers with Google Pay:
- Trying to register for Google Pay
- Issues with Google Pay
- Stopping Google Pay
- Helping business customers with lending and Coronavirus queries

How secure is WhatsApp?
WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption is used when you message another person using WhatsApp Messenger. Specifically, to WhatsApp Business Messaging, every WhatsApp message is protected by the same Signal encryption protocol that secures messages before they leave your device.
