The Online Banking system won't accept my activation code, what do I do?
Your activation code may not be accepted in Online Banking because:
- you've entered the activation code incorrectly too many times or;
- the activation code has expired
You'll need to get a new activation code by completing our set up Online Banking form.
Once you've completed the form, you may find you can access your account straight away. But, if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
