My statement download is displayed incorrectly?

If your download is displayed incorrectly, when importing your downloaded transactions in Comma Delimited format into Excel or another program, it may be that the transactions include a comma (,).

There are two possible solutions to this issue;

1. Download the transactions in Tab Delimited format.
2. Open the Comma Delimited file in Notepad or another text editing program and remove any commas.

Please then try the download again.
