I have a joint account, who earns the Rewards on my direct debits and mobile login?

When your Reward current account was opened or converted, you would have elected a joint account nominee to receive the rewards. To check who is earning you can log in to MyRewards.

You can change the nominee by logging in to MyRewards directly through our secure mobile banking app* or by pressing here(opens in a new window), and go to the Linked cards and Accounts section.

*This feature will not be available for customers whose first opened account was a Reward or a Reward Black Credit Card unless they subsequently opened a Reward current account. They should set-up and access their MyRewards account online here(opens in a new window)
