I don't know my email address that I used to set up MyRewards, what do I do?
The email address you registered for MyRewards is used to communicate to you regularly with your Rewards balance and personalised offers. If you wish to check this, log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select the Personal Details section where you will be able to see which email address is registered to your MyRewards account. If you wish to update this, please call us on 03457 888 444 (Relay UK 18001 03457 888 444) and state 'MyRewards' as the purpose of your call and we will be happy to update this for you.
