Can I progress my new account application without waiting for the letter?

You cannot progress your new account application if it referred without your letter.

You will be sent a form by post which you would need to sign and return to us.

Please wait for the letter and then follow the instructions that the letter includes. We will conduct those as soon as we have received the signed form and any other documentation that we have requested from you in the letter and inform you of our final decision.
