Can I turn off paper statements?
To manage your paperless preferences for your credit card, please log in to Online Banking or download the Mobile App.
Through the Mobile App please follow these steps:
- Select Credit card
- Select Statements
- Then select delivery preferences at the top of the page
If you’ve not got an account yet, please register for Online Banking where you will be guided to switch off paper statements. onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window).
You can opt out of receiving paper statements for selected bank accounts.
- Log in to Online Banking at onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
- Select the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner to open your profile panel
- Under 'How we contact you', select 'Paperless settings'
- Follow the on screen instructions
