If I order tickets through the Black Ticket Service, how will my tickets be sent to me?

Depending on the venue, event or the period of time between your booking and the date of the event, tickets will be sent to you either:

• By email, where available, and at your request.
• By post to arrive no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Or you may have the option to collect your tickets at the venue box office on the day of the event.
