Will we have joint MyRewards if we have a joint NatWest current account?
Each account holder will have their own MyRewards account and receive separate / personalised earn offers with our partners for their debit card spend. This means if one account holder receives a partner offer, it must be their debit card (or credit card if held) that must be used to gain the offer and Rewards. Partner offers are not account level. However, only one joint account holder can earn the monthly direct debit Rewards – this person is called the ‘nominee’. To change the nominee, this needs to be completed within MyRewards via your mobile app or through Online Banking by selecting 'linked cards and accounts', and scrolling down to the 'Select new nominee' button. This can only be changed once every 30 days.
