I have recently created a new payee on Online Banking but when I accessed the same payee on mobile banking I have been advised that I can only make up to £750

You cannot use new payees created in another channel to make higher value payments in mobile straightaway. We apologise for the inconvenience.

If you would like to make one urgently to your new payee above your daily low value payment limit of £750, you can do so via Online Banking without the need of a card reader.

Standing orders cannot be set up in mobile banking to any new payees created either on Online Banking / telephony / branch straightaway. We apologise for the inconvience.

Future dated payments cannot be set up in mobile banking to any new payees created either on Online Banking / telephony / branch straightaway. We apologise for the inconvenience.

If you would like to create a forward dated payment to a new payee urgently, then you can do so via Online Banking without the need for a card reader.

You can not amend a newly created future dated payment on the mobile app straightaway. If you would like to amend this urgently, please visit Online Banking.

Please note that you can still cancel the future dated payment using mobile banking.
