What happens to my MyRewards balance if I close my personal NatWest current account(s)?

To avoid losing your MyRewards balance, we recommend that you exchange any redeemable balance before closing your last MyRewards linked account(s).

To see your exchange options:

  • Access the MyRewards section of our mobile app, then tap 'Exchange Rewards'.
  • Or, access Online Banking then click on the MyRewards section from the list of your accounts.

If you decide to close your last account(s) linked to MyRewards, you will have up to 90 days to redeem the MyRewards balance.
