What happens to my MyRewards balance if I close my personal NatWest current account(s)?

You won't be able to log in to MyRewards but you will have 90 days to exchange the Rewards balance.

To do so, you will need to contact us. Call us on 03457 888 444 (Relay UK 18001 03457 888 444) and state 'MyRewards' as the purpose of your call
