Earn Rewards when you bank with NatWest

What are Rewards?

MyRewards is a membership scheme for our current account and credit card customers. It allows you to earn related Rewards in a variety of ways such as when you pay Direct Debits, spend with your debit or credit card or log in to the mobile app.

You can watch your Rewards grow in the app and when you have more than 5.00 in Rewards you can choose to covert them into money to bank, trade or donate.

Who can earn Rewards?

You can earn Rewards if you have:

  • a Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward or Premier Reward Black account (monthly fee applies).
  • a Reward credit card. Representative 31.0% APR (variable). Annual fee applies - but we'll refund it if you have a Reward current account.
  • a Reward Black credit card. Representative 40.7% APR (variable). Annual fee applies - but we'll refund it if you have a Premier Reward Black current account.

How to earn Rewards

The way you can earn Rewards will be different depending on which current account or credit card you have with us.

Earn £4 in Rewards a month

Pay 2 or more Direct Debits from your Reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each.

As a MyRewards customer, you could earn extra Rewards when you spend. Your offers change regularly. Check the MyRewards section of your app to see your latest offers. Maybe you enjoy a Greggs sausage roll for lunch, or like to do your weekly shop at Morrisons? 

Last year our Reward customers earned an average of 6% back in Rewards when using their NatWest debit card at our partner retailers. Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2022.

Join MyRewards

Become a MyRewards member and automatically earn Rewards if you have a Reward current accounts such as Reward, Reward Silver, Reward Platinum, Premier Reward or Premier Reward Black. 

You can also earn Rewards with a Reward or Reward Black credit card.

Use your Rewards in three ways

Bank your Rewards

Pay them as money into your bank account

Change your Rewards into money which you can either transfer into your NatWest current account or use towards reducing your Reward Credit Card balance.

£5 in Rewards could mean £5 in your bank account.

The money can take 5 working days to be added to your account.

Trade your Rewards

Exchange them for e-gift cards from partner retailers.

Trade up your Rewards for e-gift cards which you can use at selected retailers either in store or online.

£10 in Rewards could be traded for a £10 Argos eGift card, plus get 5% back in Rewards. 

Retailers can change, login to MyRewards regularly to see new ways to exchange your Rewards.

Donate your Rewards

Donate them to one of our chosen charities

We'll exchange your Rewards into cash and send your donation directly to your chosen charity. It's easy and can all be done within your NatWest app.

£5 in Rewards could be £5 donated to Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer's Society and many more.

Watch your Rewards grow in the app

You can see your MyRewards balance in the NatWest mobile app. It will be displayed next to your other NatWest accounts.

Tap the MyRewards tile to see your Rewards statement, personalised retailer offers and how to exchange your Rewards.

App available to customers aged 11+ using compatible IOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

New to NatWest?

Our Reward account is available to new customers. To apply, you must be 18+ and a UK resident. You need to also pay in £1,250 to an eligible NatWest account every month.
