What is resilience?

Resilience can be best described as the ability to bounce back from setbacks. It's also about giving things a go and trying things outside your comfort zone.

Don't forget that challenges are normal; they happen to all of us no matter how old we get. Make sure that when you do meet a challenge, you take time to think about how to approach it and what you can learn from it.
