Responding in the right way to failure, feedback and challenges is a crucial component of being a successful entrepreneur. Developing a Growth Mindset will allow an entrepreneur to look at their journey through the correct lens to achieve success.

Purpose

Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning. Having a sense of purpose can make us feel as though what we do matters. Entrepreneurs define their vision through identifying there purpose and use this to inspire those around them to believe in that vision.
