Job Pathways - Business Strategy & Delivery

I’m Amelia, a NatWest Sustainability Officer

In my job I really feel like I can make a difference to our society, not just the company I work for. I help NatWest become more socially and environmentally responsible in how we operate developing sustainable solutions for what can often be conflicting needs of different groups of people, the environment, and successful business. I evaluate the impact NatWest is having on the environment (for example, our carbon footprint) and then work to minimise that impact.
