Yes, your offer is valid for the calendar month that you received the email offer.  For example if you received the offer in July the offer will expire at the end of July. 

You have until the end of the calendar month that you received the offer in to complete the required action. For example if you received the offer in July you will have until the end of July to complete the action.

Unfortunately, you won’t qualify for the reward if the actions are completed after your expiry date.

No. The reward is provided as a £10 e‑gift card code to be redeemed only and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Yes. You will only receive one £10 e-gift card code to redeem.

Yes, any of these debit card transactions will count.

Yes. The following transactions do not count towards the Spend & Get offer:

• Refunds
• Cash withdrawals
• Direct Debits and Standing Orders
• Transactions made outside of the UK
• Transactions made in non-GBP currency 

The £10 e-gift code will be emailed to you before the end of the following month when you meet the qualifying criteria.

For example, if you receive the offer in August, the e-gift code will be sent to you before the end of September. 

You’ll receive an email containing a link and code to redeem your e‑gift card, along with instructions on how to redeem.

You redeem it by following the instructions in the follow up email you'll receive when you've completed your actions.

The instructions will direct you to a redemption website operated by our partner Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited. FAQs and How it works instructions can be found on the redemption website.

Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (BHN) are the third‑party supplier we’ve partnered with to provide your e‑gift card. 

They are responsible for:

• Issuing your gift card

• Managing the redemption website where you redeem your code

• Providing customer support for gift card or retailer issues

BHN works with a range of retailers, allowing you to choose where to spend your reward. The retailers available are part of BHN’s network and are not affiliated with NatWest.

You will have at least 30 days to redeem your e-gift code. The expiry date of your e-gift code will be stated in the email you receive after completing the 10 transactions. 

Yes. Retailer gift cards are subject to the expiry date and terms set by the individual retailer. Once you have chosen your e-gift card, you will need to check the specific expiry period for that retailer.

We recommend checking the expiry information provided with the gift card or reviewing the retailer’s own terms and conditions for full details.
