NatWest £5k Debit Card Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
a. Prize draw open to NatWest debit card holders (“customers”) aged 18 or over who are GB residents The draw is not open to employees of The NatWest Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
b. One entry per calendar month is automatic for customers who register for the prize draw and make at least 15 eligible purchases with their registered NatWest debit card in a single calendar month, commencing 1st May 2026. The prize draw runs on a monthly basis.
No minimum spend is required per transaction. An entry is only valid for the specific month the qualifying transactions were made.
The following transactions are excluded from the prize draw:
c. No purchase necessary – send your name and address on a plain piece of paper to Nicola Forsyth, RE: Monthly Prize Draw, Gogarburn, House A2, Edinburgh, EH12 1HQ for one entry into the relevant monthly draw.
d. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. Entries will be disqualified if the customer’s account is closed during the prize draw period. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged.
e. One winner will be drawn at random at the end of each calendar month. The prize is a cash sum of £5,000 which is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The prize will be paid directly into the winner's NatWest current account within 35 working days of the winner formally accepting the prize. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f. The winner will be informed by email/telephone by the end of the month following the prize draw. We will not ask you to provide your account number, sort-code, or any other sensitive information. Information about the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to “NatWest £5k Debit Card Prize Draw Winner List" at the address given in condition (k) below.
g. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. This may include the surname and county of the winner. The winner can object to this information being published or made available. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
i. The winner will have 7 calendar days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, or if the winner’s NatWest account is closed at the time of payment, the promoter will be entitled to select an alternate winner or dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the original winner.
j. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
