How do I order a cheque book or paying-in book using Online Banking?
Personal current accounts
You can order a cheque book or paying-in book in several ways:
Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking at onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window).
- Type "order cheque book" or "order paying-in book" into Cora, your digital assistant.
- Cora will guide you through the process.
Other Options
- Use the ‘Chat to Cora’ feature if you experience any issues.
- Visit a branch or use one of our ATMs to request a replacement cheque or paying-in book.
Business current accounts
If you have access to Online Banking or the Mobile App
You can order a cheque book or paying-in book using:
Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking at onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window).
- Type "order cheque book" or "order paying-in book" into Cora, your digital assistant.
- Cora will guide you through the process.
Mobile App
- Open the app and tap Help.
- Select Chat to Cora.
- Ask Cora to order a cheque or paying-in book.
- Cora will collect your details and process the request.
If you do not have access to Online Banking or the Mobile App
You can use our digital Stationery Order Form (opens in a new window) to request cheque books or paying-in books.
- The form will ask for the email addresses of account signatories.
- We will email them to upload an image of their signature to authorise the request.
