If you use Online Banking:
To change your business address, log in to Online Banking. From there, click on 'Chat to Cora’ on the bottom right. This will open a chat where you can type ‘change my business address’ and Cora, your digital assistant, will take the details and process your request.
If you use the NatWest Mobile Banking app:
To change your business address, tap the profile icon on the top of the account screen, select ‘manage business details’ and then ‘Address details’. Next to your current business address there's an option to edit, then you can enter your new postcode and either select your address or enter it manually.
You will need to be registered for Biometric approval to make changes in the app.
