The quickest way to add a Power of Attorney (POA) is online.
Add a POA online (recommended)
To use the online form, you’ll need:
- Photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence)
- Your POA document or LPA access code
- Any supporting documents

If you don’t have photographic ID or would prefer to complete the process in person, you can visit any of our UK branches.
