Why isn't my software package listed for downloading an online statement?
Currently you can download your statements to the following software packages:
- Microsoft Money (OFX file)
- Quicken 2001 onwards (OFX file)
- Sage Line 50 (OFX file)
- Microsoft Excel, Lotus 123, Text (CSV file)
Unfortunately, if your software package is not listed it may not accept the file formats currently offered by our service.
