Manage your mortgage online

You can find your mortgage account number:

• On your original mortgage documents (Offer or Variation Agreement)
• In Online Banking or the Mobile App under Account Summary
• On your annual mortgage statement

If you still can’t find it, please contact us.

You can check your mortgage balance, including details of any sub accounts by logging into Manage your Mortgage.

Your mortgage start date will be on the original paperwork we sent when you completed your mortgage with us.

If you can’t find it, please contact us and we’ll help.

We send an annual mortgage statement every year on the anniversary of your mortgage start date.

You can view your latest statement in Online Banking or the Mobile App by going to Mailbox.

If you need a paper copy or something else, please contact us.

You can switch to paperless in Online Banking. Go to ‘Paperless settings’ in the main menu and choose to get your mortgage statements and letters online instead of by post.

Going paperless is quick, saves time, and makes it easier to find your documents.

You can also go paperless via the mobile app. Click the paperless link or Log into the app and click on your your initials → Setting → Paperless settings

If you have a joint mortgage, both people need to switch to paperless. We’ll email you whenever a new document is ready to view.

To see your documents, go to ‘Mailbox’ in Online Banking or the Mobile App.

A Certificate of Interest shows how much interest you paid in the last tax year. This can help with tax returns or accounts.

To request one, log in to Manage your Mortgage → Your statements & certificates → Certificate of interest, then follow the on screen steps.

Log in to Manage your Mortgage, and you'll see:

• Your HPI value (free, updated every three months)
• Your last full valuation
• The date it was done
• Your current loan‑to‑value (LTV)

If you want a new valuation, choose ‘Request a new valuation’ and follow the on screen instructions. The cost depends on your property’s value.

Please note: A new valuation may change your LTV, which could affect any additional borrowing options or deal choices.

If you already have a residential mortgage with us and want to rent out your home, this is called Consent to Let. This is usually for renting it out for a temporary period.

You can use Manage your Mortgage through our Mobile App or Online Banking.

try logging in through Online Banking instead of the app (or the other way around)
