Manage your Mortgage with the NatWest app

Start by downloading our app or scanning the QR code on your mobile or tablet.  Not into apps? Use 'Manage Your Mortgage' through Online Banking instead.

Our step by step guide makes it even easier to get yourself up and running with the app.

You’ll need your mortgage account number, which is in your mortgage documents. Only have a mortgage with NatWest? No stress. Whenever we ask for an account number, simply use your mortgage account number.

Start using our app

Once you’re logged into the app, simply select your mortgage account and click on 'Manage Your Mortgage’.

Here are just a few things you can do in our app: 

  • View your outstanding balance.
  • Check remaining term and interest rate.
  • Review monthly interest paid and repayment amount.
  • Make overpayments and check overpayment allowance.
  • Change your payment date or bank account.
  • Switch to a new deal when the time is right.

Banking My Way

Banking My Way is a free service that allows you to record any additional support or adjustments you may need to make your banking easier. The information will be shared on our internal systems, which means you won’t need to repeat it every time you interact with us.

The Banking My Way service is available to customers aged 16 or over in the mobile app or Online Banking. For customers under 16, parental consent is required and information must be recorded in branch or over the phone.

Make overpayments

In your app you can make a one-off overpayment, set up a regular overpayment or a combination of both. Overpayments are a great way to reduce your balance and the amount of interest you’ll pay.

If you’re on a fixed or tracker rate product, you’ll have an annual overpayment allowance of 20% before an Early Repayment Charge (ERC) will apply. 

Go paperless

Go paperless today to get your Mortgage Annual Statements and other mail in your app. If you switch to paperless mail we’ll automatically email you a notification to let you know when you have a new item of mail to view. 

To view your documents tap the ‘Mailbox’ option in the main menu in your app.
