Everyone is unique, so we tailor our support to your needs. Your Customer Support Specialist will work with you (or your family) to understand how they can help.

Here’s how the team have helped some customers:

  • Start the process of getting breathing space on debt repayments.
  • Email simple guides to help customers prepare their accounts for their next of kin.
  • Set up a trusted party on their account to support if their mental health dips.
