Managing cash from your business

We have a range of options to suit your needs. These options can help you withdraw or deposit cash into your business account without having to leave your premises.

Pay your cash into an on site safe

Intelligent Safe involves installing a smart safe on your premises that can count cash deposits and check for forgeries. Funds accepted by the safe before 3:30pm are credited to your account on the same business day.

A secure courier will collect the cash from your premises before the safe is full.

Cash deposit limits

We are very committed to fighting financial crime, so sometimes we need to make changes to prevent and disrupt money laundering.

This means some business customers will have an annual rolling cash deposit limit of £200,000 applied at branch counters, Post Office counters and Cash Deposit Machines. There will be one limit for all accounts for each business. For example, a cash deposit made on the 28th February 2025 will be counted towards your limit until 27th February 2026.

Other cash deposit solutions may have their own deposit limits.
