Bankline

We’re making some improvements to Bankline

Customers using New Bankline:

You will notice that you will receive an Original Bankline experience between 8pm and 10pm on Friday 22nd September. The service will then be unavailable until 8am on Saturday 23rd September, with potential this may extend to no later than 9pm on Saturday 23rd September. 

Bankline will also be unavailable between 1.30am and 8.30am on Sunday 24th September, with the possibility this may extend to no later than 7.15am on Monday 25th September. 

If you see the service unavailable message (or receive an error message) when logging on outside of these times, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies before trying again. Click here for help on how to do this for a range of common internet browsers.

Bankline will also be unavailable between 1.30am and 8.30am on Sunday 24th September, with the possibility this may extend to no later than 7.15am on Monday 25th September.

Bankline Mobile

We’re making some improvements to the Bankline Mobile App

Therefore the App won’t be available from 8pm on Friday 22nd September until 8am on Saturday 23rd September, with potential this may extend to no later than 9pm on Saturday 23rd September.

The App will also be unavailable between 1.30am and 8.30am on Sunday 24th September, with the possibility this may extend to no later than 7.15am on Monday 25th September.
