Help getting started for account leaders

Welcome to Bankline for Communities

We’ve brought together all the support you need to get off to a great start.  

You’ll find what you need to do at each stage – from getting your team ready, to logging in and setting up accounts.  

When you applied for Bankline for Communities, you will have set up two account leaders, who will be able to set up more account leaders, as well as Payment controllers and Account viewers. 

Getting everyone prepared and set up well will make managing your finances easier and more efficient. We’re here to help at every stage, with online support, webinars, and live chat.  You’ll find tips like this one throughout:  

Tip: Bankline for Communities requires two people to approve all payments and admin changes, so get ready to work as a team!  

Tip: Have the hub open alongside Bankline for Communities when you log in.

How to use the hub

  • Follow the steps, and at each point we’ll provide relevant guidance and resources. 
  • You can stop whenever you like and pick up where you left off using the links in the steps above. 
  • In Step 2 you’ll be ready to log in. Have the hub open when you log in, as we’ll help you get orientated and give you advice instructions on what to do next.
  • If you come across a term you don’t understand, you can find explanations in the Jargon buster. You can also search our Bankline support pages, or ask Cora.
