Welcome to the getting started hub

We can’t wait to help you get logged in and set up on Bankline.

Answer two quick questions and we’ll take you to the right place.

1. What version of Bankline did your organisation sign up for?
Tip: for most people, it’s Bankline.
What type of Bankline user are you?
Useful context: Administrators set up users and manage their organisation’s profile on Bankline. Bankline users will be set up by an administrator and get their log in details from them.

How to know if you're an administrator

Look back at the email/s we sent you.

Did you get an email from us that included your Customer ID and User ID, as well as a separate one with an activation code? If so, you must be a new administrator.

Did you only get an email with an activation code? If so, you’ll be a Bankline user, and your administrator will share your Customer and User ID with you separately.

Note: It’s possible you might be an extra administrator being added to a profile that’s already been set up. If so, your administrator will have explained this to you. You can use the administrator hub to learn about the role of an administrator, but you won’t need to follow all the steps there.

What type of user are you?
Account leaders set up users and manage their organisation’s profile on Bankline for Communities. Bankline users will be set up by an account leader and will get their log in credentials from them.
