What is changing in the mobile app home screen account cards?
On the home screen you will notice the new design which includes stacking your account cards so that you will be able to see more of your accounts at a glance. Also, you will be able to manage your accounts by adding an edit page that can be accessed at the top of the list of your accounts. Here you can rearrange your accounts, edit the nicknames, hide balances, and show and hide some of the features on the home screen like the banner to add accounts from other banks.
How do I choose the order of my accounts?
On the home screen select ‘Edit’ near the top of the accounts. This will bring you to an edit screen with the option to rearrange accounts. Select the rearrange option and that will show you all the accounts that can be reordered. You can move the account of choice by selecting the up and down arrows on each account.
Can all accounts be reordered?
No. Some accounts cannot be reordered and these will not have up and down arrows beside them on the reorder screen. Some examples are ‘MyRewards’ and ‘Accounts with other banks’.
