Can I order a large print / braille / audio statement?

Yes, you can get statements in standard print, large print, audio CD, braille by visiting a branch or contacting us. Online Banking allows you to adjust text size and contrast and download statements as PDFs. In the app, use your device's accessibility features, such as colour inversion, to make statements easier to read.

There is no charge to have your statements permanently sent out in large print, braille or audio.
